OFF TOPIC - Movie Title help

what was the movie where there was a cross-dressing killer, the main character calls and apologizes for being mean when they were kids and the killer crosses him off the hitlist. Then at the end of the movie the killer saves the main character when a bad guy loses the trivia competition and whips out a pistola, cross dressing killer snipes his ass. Anyone know? yeah really off topic
