Summary: I've been looking through tons of posts here and on Reddit of people starting of agency and a trend I've found is a lot of the successful ones had a girlfriend or some girl close to them they could start with to leverage. It also seems these are the majority of the successful start-ups, it makes sense trust is already established but there is one underlying major flaw. If you break up it's game over, unless you've already leveraged to having a diverse set of models it's kinda done for. So in saying that (and the fact I do not have a gf :/) I'm starting with no head start.
First week: I'm already a week deep into this and it could be better but could be worse, I'm using old pictures of my drop shipping stores that did well to post on my OF Instagram account to show I have some decent experience. I've been mass-dimming girls on insta, from ones with OF already to ones posting out their content with no links. My theory is these girls posting half-naked content on insta FOR FREE are my best bet I mean they showing off pretty much everything, might as well get paid for it right? Unfortunately, these girls don't think how I do, I guess it's just a hobby and I find overall females tend to be less passionate and driven for money, not all of course but quite the few. I've been targeting 3rd tier countries, mainly Colombia, as some of these girls are seriously banging with little to no following. Seriously some of these chicks look like the western girls with 100's of thousands of followers that just haven't marketed themselves right. I did try first-world countries but stopped that quickly I learnt when it comes to OF girls like to think it's their one thing they are independent in and can be girl bosses, so I've gotten some not so nice replies. I get it I guess but to leverage you really do need a team or at least a marketer, in my head it's just like any other business, musicians, comedians, boxers. I've currently got 2 girls on board to start up an OF, both Colombian but also speak to me very strangely, often calling me honey and darling, I'm assuming it's their lack of English and kinda makes me feel like they think I'm in it to see there content which I'm really not. Hopefully next week these 2 girls will be signed and ready to go, my strat for marketing is reddit and insta reels, i learnt a lot through dropshipping about insta so I'm hoping it flips over to this industry too. I'm also planning to go heavy on the fetish content, feet, toes ,ears idc what it is if i see nsfw reddit threads trending it's game on. I will update next week, have hope ya'll have a ballin week.
