I ask them in a decent way, there is no scam, I host normal PBN blogs (nothing more, nothing less)
but they behavior is very rude and they dont know how to talk with customers,
I lost my $71 and websites backup just because of this rude person.

Please be careful before hosting your important data with them.
I just wanted to order, but I saw your comment. How can someone open a Thread claiming "DMCA ignored / Offshore?"
And literally: "Anti Abuse Content Protection", and then right something like this in Chat.
Not a true statement in the initial Statement Post; if you read the commend from Mod (who approved), you see that you can report this Thread if the Quality is not what it claimed to be - for example.

Do that.
Just a big lie in the Sales Thread. @thesam

Hi there,

The issue with the user "thesam" has been resolved. There's a big difference between hosting content that ignores DMCA complaints and hosting fraudulent Ponzi schemes. We are a DMCA-ignored host, meaning we ignore U.S. copyright reports because our servers are in the EU. However, you still need to follow the local laws where the servers are located, and hosting pyramid schemes is not allowed.

Although the user violated our Terms of Service, we provided a full refund even though we're not obligated to refund for hosting illegal content. We must comply with the local laws where our servers are hosted. Your claim doesn't make sense because the issue wasn't related to DMCA in the first place. We host thousands of websites and regularly ignore DMCA complaints, so there’s no false information in our sales thread. The issue with the user wasn’t about copyright at all.

"Anti-abuse protection" doesn't mean you can host anything you want. It means we protect against false reports aimed at taking down your website. While most hosting companies might take down your site after the first complaint, we carefully check each report.

We have absolutely no reason to suspend any user's services without cause, especially over $70 on a shared hosting plan. With over 800 VPS servers, thousands of cPanel plans, and hundreds of dedicated servers, it's not in our interest to suspend anyone and risk complaints over a small amount of money.

As a hosting provider, we are required to act on certain reports to avoid legal trouble. In this case, we even refunded the user and took the loss.

Regarding backups, it's the user's responsibility to maintain data backups as stated in our agreement. Additionally, we cannot provide backups when a user is hosting illegal content.

Lastly. In regards to being rude.
We are friendly to those who use our services for legitimate use. If an abuser abuses and causes us issues legally, there is no reason for us to keep communication in a positive. We tried being friendly with the user via ticketing and web chat numerous times and didn’t respond back friendly, what you see in the screenshots is what the user posted one communication out of multiple when we declined we cannot provide backups due to us being obligated to not provide any data which was used for illegal purposes and would not listen.

We still have the copies of all the complaints we’ve been sent by Netcraft and they are legal complaints, we just can’t share them for legal reasons but can do at any time if our reputation gets tarnished.

I repeat. We’re looking for customers that use our services for legitimate reasons, if you’re not one of them we won’t tolerate it! We must comply with the laws and we cannot become liable and must act swiftly!

Also anyone must know what offshore means
Offshore = hosting location out of the USA
DMCA Ignored = Ignoring USA copyright complaints
*** Nowhere do these terms mean bulletproof hosting and host anything illegal.

Thanks
