thirdly you hosted PBN on shared hosting which is against TOS, this activities require VPS or Dedicated not shared as you consumed significant MySQL/cpu resources in cloudlinux. we’re not trying to be rude but once abuse reports come in from agencies and we need to take down then it causes us issues and we can’t treat you same respect as those clients that don’t abuse our services. That’s the only issue. we don’t keep backups of users data as we’re offshore so once services go into terminated status then everything is wiped. It’s mentioned in agreement that users are responsible for keeping backups of their data due to users hosting who knows what and we don’t want to keep such data backed up in case of legal issues. do wish you the best in your activities.

Update: We do actually keep backups of data on shared cPanel as I was told by my colleague that it’s VPS/Dedicated we don’t keep backups of, so if you get in touch within the next 2 days max we can send you .zip file before it gets wiped.
