Hey,
Been searching ALOT for the answer to these questions:

"Gurus" are stating that juice divides more or less equally between the OBL links on a given page.
With basic calculations, what are your experiences with a homepage linking to 2 money sites, would this be double the 'juice' to each URL versus a homepage which was linking to 4 money sites??

I can see that 2-3 OBL per PBN homepage be significantly better than 10-20 OBL - so will buying 100 PublicBN links with 30 OBL on the homepage have nothing on a private network of 10 sites with 1-2 OBL (consider same trust flow/link profile)?

If you had a large budget and 5 domains with great profiles of say trust flow over 30 would you just 301 redirect them ALL to the money site, or if you had 2 money sites to rank, create your private site on each one and link? Do you think a 301 redirect or a PBN with 1-2 OBL on the homepage would be more effective at ranking a site? I've read 301 fades over time, but if the links were staying forever (very old domains) would you 301 or PBN?

A few questions, but would really like to know anyones' opinion on this.

Doing 301 on 5 domains at a time is suicide,IMHO.What you've read about 301 fades over time is correct.Google stops counting them to pass the juice after a certain period.I read it on many forums. Many people had the same effect. What i suggest you is Build your PBN links and leave redirecting.Generally, PA and DA seem to be a better indicator of site quality. So don't worry about only of TF.Grab some good domains with about 50+ DA and make a powerful network to pass the authority.

Yeah I've gone off the 301 idea given risk and loss over time, thanks for going over it

RE: the DA/PA though, I came across this http://90digital.com/reports/majestic-trust-flow-moz-domain-authority-for-seo-5520.html

I'm picking up domains with 20+ DA/PA but 20-30+ TF/CF, so the DA/PA is relatively low when you check the table in the appendix of this link ^ I will stick to 4-5 OBL per site, thanks for clarifying

When you look at the picture on that page you'll see that TF means nothing under TF30, only at 30+ it becomes 'somewhat' reliable, though I've seen relatively weak domains with TF 45, though that's quite exceptional. The problem is that there are solid PR3 like domains with a Majestic trust flow of only 12-15, and this is what makes these metrics virtually worthless as they are very unreliable at the lower levels. Now start filtering on TF30+ and DA40+ and you'll see that there is not much available at all at the domain markets.
Yeah I see it now, much clearer, TF skewed towards lower TF making anything low unreliable. Anything over the metrics you've told me has been eaten by russian pill pushers.. I'll keep looking, cheers

Ah you're looking at deleted domains, eg expireddomains, yep, Nike, Louis Vutton, pills, it al comes by, luckily you can filter them out quickly cause of domain names, but once you do as you found out, there's nothing left :)Because there's no PR update I'm sure there are some gems to be found, eg solid PR3 domains and perhaps even legit PR4 domains, however finding them is like finding a needle in a haystack as all those domains with DA20-25 TF10-15 qualify, and that is a LOT of domains. You can ease it a little by filtering on MozTrust3+ / MozRank3+ but still you'll be left with an awful lot of domains and the only way to find any gems is by analyzing the backlink profile, checking the PR, TF, PA, OBL, ********, Alive of the backlinks. Now once you get into that you'll find out it's first pretty time consuming, even with tools like RDDZ, as it requires a lot of manual actions PER domain, and you'll also soon find out it's quite expensive as your Majestic API credits will vanish once you've checked a few hundred domains (that is at the cheapest subscription plan they offer). There is light on the end of the tunnel as TF isn't reliable anyway, but Moz, though a small database, does tend to show the strongest links, so you can use a free Moz subscription to pull in the backlinks and check the pagerank, obl, ******** etc of the backlinks, still absurd time consuming as you can only load one domain at a time and you need to click buttons to check things like OBL, ********, alive..

Thanks for all that info man, have saved for future

I've got majestic and some other tools, can imagine there's not a lot of gold left out there, except for new ones coming daily.

This makes me think that for Google, PBN will sort it itself out as all the above average useful domains will be eventually spammed to death
