ok, this gotta be the dumbest hackers I've ever seen.
This idiots should put up CPA links and remove them each time each account touches $200 or just change the account every hour.
By the time the networks try to investigate, the link wouldn't be there anymore. Some networks would immediately terminate the accounts, but most of them will just do nothing - and the chances of getting your account reported every hour is way lower than one permanent link standing there for the whole day.
And tinyurl? I tried spamming with GM@il, and my tinyurl link got terminated after 2 hours. Couldn't they just find another free url redirection service? They probably should have gotten links from sites that are not actively managed and has little hits - like zoodl.com or 6x.to.
