Obama takes cyberwarfare to new level, report says

First of all, It's been LONG known by everyone that the US government was at least in part responsible for Stuxnet. This isn't much of a secret, and they never even tried to deny it. There was just never any actual proof.

Second of all, It is VERY unlikely that Obama did all of this within his few years as president. Cyber warfare began a long long time ago, and It's probably that Bill Clinton authorized the program that George Bush improved, that Obama continued. Who knows. Obama didn't "start" anything.

Thirdly, none of this Obama's idea. Probably the CIA's or some other agency that pitched it to some president who said "yeah sure that sounds good". Why? Because it's the future. Every country is doing it. China is #1 at doing it. Internet wars are the future. To be honest, maybe that's the way it should be.

Don't give Obama so much credit or blame him so hard for anything, he has little to do with this.

Good job reading between the lines mikeads. Meet the new boss, same as the old boss. It's kind of nervous when you think about it because Cyber, obviously, will eventually level the warfare playing field just as IM levels the economic playing field. All in short time.
