The proxies was so slow so I asked for refund as it was written in their terms of use (5. Termination for convenience

As we have already discussed via email, you manipulated the DOM of our HTML source and removed a phrase, which originally showed, that you are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, due to the inappropriate language and insults directed toward our staff in your emails, we must disqualify you from receiving any further consideration for a refund.
