Hi everyone, I'm setting up a PBN and focusing on high quality articles which I'm writing myself all relevant to the niche and of interest to people,
I'm buying expired domains but I'm only prepared to buy freshly available domains rather than auctions,
Approximately how many sites would you recommend for the PBN to get onto page 1? (currently sitting on page 4)
The main phrases being targeted are classified as low competition (#28 score on keywordrevealer.com) and the main search has around 6000 searches pm in my country.
Would 10 be enough or would I need around 30?
Cheers guys

Not so much about the number of domains you include in the PBN but more about the quality and how you deal with them.
Having 1k domains in the PBN does not mean shit if you do not keep them updated with HQ content and send hq links to them on a regular basis.

For corporate clients, I treat each of the domains as if it was a website on its own, I believe that to be the true key of a successful PBN

As for your question, you can go with 10 or with 30, just make sure to treat each of them as a website of your own, that will certainly give you positive results.

Thanks Reyone, they'll each have individual high quality posts and i'll add to them in the future - if I make say an initial 6-8 posts, and then maybe add 1 a month do you think that's sufficient enough?
What sort of link types would be best for hq links to the sites? I'm hoping the articles will be niche enough to rank and get shared naturally to save future link building but just wondering what you'd recommend to help them along until they have enough traffic arriving interested in sharing (the niche is a very social-friendly/sharing genre)

Yes, Agree. Even with PBN It is Not the numbers that Count. It is the Quality Which matters most. With 5-10 Blogs You be able to See Good Improvements but with Quality it sticks there.

I don't know about the keywordrevealer.com score because I've never used that tool before but with decent domains you should see some good movement from 10 - 15 but quite frankly nobody will be able to say for sure.

Your approach of focusing on quality content is a good one though so I commend you on that. Too many people treat their PBNs with little respect or consideration for the fact that they are a business asset that can provide long term benefits given the right treatment.

Yea, that should work in terms of articles, keep it updated with a min of 1 article a month.

But seriously, treat each domain as a website, build social media accounts for each, even if you buy fake likes doesn't matter. And in regards of the links, try to build something nice to them. You could get lower quality articles but still build web 2.0s, wikis and bookmarks the same way you would for a money site.

Give them love and they will give love back to you
