Number of Link In an RSS Feed

Hey guys,
I am looking to get around a 1000 webpages indexed. What i was thinking is creating an rss feed with all these sites. Then just bookmark, ping, the rss feed and send it to rss aggregators. But what is the limit of how many links should be in an rss feed? Or what is the most effective number?

Can i have an unlimited number of links in the rss feed with out reducing the effectiveness?

well some tell you normally rss is only for 10 links others put all you want i try with this one, the troubles more you want to promote you have to paid (maximum is 300)

I would say the best is 10 , but my site i extend it to 50, to cater some of rss crawler that come less often
