I have new website and I want to come on first or second page of google for some keywords. How many backlinks do I daily build? and which seo techniques do I use for this purpose? Thanks in advance, looking for your positive reply.
You need to do a little competitive analysis and see how who's ranking for your keywords. You can do this using several of backlink tools mentioned in the forum. Then hop over to the back links forum to learn how to start building links. Everything's in this forum, just start browsing using search field
How new is it? If you just bought it, I would limit to 10 a day. Try some blog comments and forum profiles. You can also spin articles.
If it's truly a new site, I would start out slow and build a steady base of regular links while occasionally adding higher PR better links. Sending you a PM.
I have built over 600 links according to majestic in the last 30 days. My site is only 40 days old. Just keep it diverse and do quality links. No blasting your money site or anything spammy like that.
You need to analyze competition to asses how many backlinks you need to rank, there's plenty of tools out there - obviously the better ones cost some money (not a lot.. I got a pretty decent one for 50 bucks). Also, as was already mentioned - don't backlink for about two weeks so you don't get sandboxed (simply put, that's a google penalty for new sites that instantly recieve massive amounts of backlinks) Get diverse links and sources of traffic in general, I cannot post links yet so search for a thread with title "URGENT: Can someone please explain a link pyramid to me again? + More". There the proper structure of backlink pyramids has been explained. bobbylove321 said: Now I'm pretty much a noob myself, maybe an expert can comment on the relation between how much you should leave your site without backlinking before you start and the mass of backlinks posted (across what timespans).. since I have thus not been able to understand the specifics of that matter.. most people just have their own rule of thumb - they leave the site to sit for two weeks, a month.. something in that order.
Firstly, the keyword you have selected for your site should be unique and less competitive. You can done SEO and try to get quality links.
