You can’t run NSFW ads directly on Meta. It’s completely forbidden by policy. If you want to promote, you can only go the “safer” way: focus on lifestyle, metaphors, or navigate through a suitable landing page.

Any platform strictly prohibits advertising offensive content and nudity, you really shouldn't advertise it.

No, FB doesn’t allow NSFW or adult ads. You’ll need to keep creatives compliant and push sensitive content through indirect funnels (landing pages, redirects, etc.) outside of FB.

Meta/Facebook system does not allow you to post NSFW related posts, especially images/videos containing adult content are more obvious and easy to detect. Then your account will disappear immediately.
The best way is to post content that complies with Facebook's policies. Use metaphors to lead users to your other indirect channels that allow it or can do it.
