Hi, i have subscribed to the basic plan and now on trial mode. I tried setting up the IP filter and block my own IP. But no change.
I might not have the correct settings. Can you please guide me?

I'm not sure I understand the use case. Do you mean there is a review process from Stripe and you want to cloak your site from them? Then yes, assuming the reviewer uses IPs that can be linked to Stripe. If the review process is a one-off, you can use the gateway with broad match criteria (e.g. all USA) and then turn off the filters once the review is done.
That said, I believe that the main issue with Stripe etc. will be once you refund ratio passes their "safe business" threshold, in which case they'll probably block you anyway.

We stopped using the service because it was so unfriendly. However, from the 31st, I will continue to charge my card. I made a ticket on August 31st and made an inquiry, but there is still no reply.

Administrators should test this service seller again.

There is no page on the website where you can cancel after applying for card payment. It's been a month and I'm still getting automatic payment requests. And even if I write to the ticket, there is no reply for a month.

I also sent a private message to delete my card information, but there was no response.

Not getting any response from support, tried contacting them at least 3 times with no response whatsoever. First two campaigns we started seem to work ok, third one doesn't work at all. I have the basic package now, would upgrade to Pro if the service worked or if there was support I could talk to when it doesn't.
