I mean, can I somehow collect subscribers from an account that has a million of them?
maybe there are services that can do this. Who have a partnership with Twitter and can take data from Twitter in any quantity and resell it?

Oh, you mean scraping. I think the better option would be to just get Twitterdub for it, the alternatives can be rather suspicious. Of course, I'm not directly vouching for Twitdub, just check it out first before anything else. Check the Marketplace for seller posts about twitter scraping tools too, it's worth your while.
