Novak 1:1 Australia. What a banana country lol, they cancel his visa again today so there is no chance to appeal, it is weekend and Monday is his first match.
Yeah, the very definition of banana country is "everyone is equal before the law", sure mate, whatever.

I respect the law, if he is breaking any Aus law, they should tell him "GTFO antivaxer" before he jumps in the airplane, that is how countries with good laws work.
Now it is like:

Small change. It's not "GTFO Antivaxer" but "You broke our rules so GTFO". People are too bitchy and sensitive about everything these days so Aussies have to tread it lightly here. :D

I wrote like that so I will not sound like I am the anti-vaxer :) There will be no drama and Netflix series if AusOpen didn't say a strict rule: No Vaccine No Play. But when you have double standards you will have this issue as Aus has at the moment. Anyway, if Novak plays he will win, end of the story. :)

Well, if he lied this much, then why did a judge/court decided he is allowed to stay? Btw. he was invited by the Australians (Invitation letter matters for the visa application) to the tournament.

And now this is something that is really taking the piss: A judge (someone who studied the law) made a decision and a politician (!) overwrote the decision. This is something straight out of Nazi-Germany, China and North Korea. They only use the law, if it fits them. If it is against their ideology or whatever, they will just ignore the law and do their stuff anyway. Its a politician. Who is this guy? Is he above the law? Ffs

By the way: Do you really think this Novak Djokovic guy who is probably the best tennis player around now and won so many tournaments really REALLY fills in the visa application and so on by himself? Really? Even ordinary guys like myself hire visa agencies who take care of everything...you can be pretty much sure that he didn't apply for the visa himself.

....and guys....are you really wondering about Australia? Like, are you aware of what they have been doing for the past 24 months? They turned into North Korea 2.0. They built camps. They put cities and states into lockdown because of ONE case. This country became a prison on its own. It is keeping its own citizens hostile.

How does these absurd and draconian measures even fit into the f*cking context when countries like the US, UK, France, Germany, etc. are having COUNTLESS cases per day (still increasing) and they still have less security measures than Australia.
so despite everything
you turn into a politics argument, that's nice.
you bring up "best tennis player" so if you become the best of something, you are above all laws of any place? Cool, good to know.
Lastly, if you hire someone to do somethng for you, you are gonna make sure they do it right.
So blaming on the person who hired's incompetence is just a petty excuse.
And lastly, it's about time people learn how to respect other people's opinions instead of supressing anyone's thoughts because they don't align with yours.

Absolutely nothing political in nature about @nakamura comment. He mentioned only about what the politicians are doing, but his comment is in no way political. I think you @xReminisce need to consume nutricious food, so that your thinking is clear and correct.
like i said, everyone is entitled to opinions, you don't want to travel to Australia that's fine.
but suppressing other people's opinions on any topic at hand is honestly "against the "freedom" you guys claim to seek

You speak about aussies like you know them personally, that's actually funny, you are way too influenced by mass media.
Like speaking to a few dozens aussies or seeing what social media says or reading an article = what the population wants or think.
Even I won't claim what aussies want, because everyone is entitled to what they want to think

dont tag me/reply i'm done with this convo

This is not my opinion and I didn't make it political. Its not my fault that Australia turned (undoubtly) into some kinda China 2.0. But even the Chinese wouldn't do such things like revoking a visa of a famous tennis player when he is about to enter. In fact, this whole visa/djokovic debate is all about politics, nothing else. From the very beginning.

And please don't ask me...I don't know what is their goal or what they want. The judge decided something and then a politican comes around and just says "nope, he is going to leave and we are going to arrest him anyway". This has nothing to do with law. And lets be honest please: This has also nothing to do with health or the virus. Why? Because this guy gets tested multiple times per week and he has a very strong interest not to get infected (again), because he wants to play the tournament. But Australia prefers to treat unvaccinated people like criminals...

Just imagine this: A world where there are "woke" people trying to get rid of racism and discrimination, but at the same time they split the society into vaccinated and unvaccinated, exclude the unvaccinated and discriminate them. I can't take it serious anymore...and I am vaccinated by myself

Also he wrote "suppressing other people's opinions on any topic at hand is honestly "against the "freedom" you guys claim to seek" when this whole debate is actually about EXCLUDING a specific group of people. Who is seeking for something? I don't seek for anything, but it doesn't change the fact there is something terribly wrong. I don't think guys like Novak Djokovic want anything else beside playing Tennis, but he gets thrown into this shitstorm of idiocracy, because he decided not to get vaccinated. This guy just wants to play the tournament and then he will leave the country. Why are they acting like he is a mass murder and wants to immigrate to Australia forever? Like, don't they know he will just play Tennis and then leave? And he will get tested for covid like every single day? If he is negative and he can prove it, then what are these actions about? Are they not doing for "fighting the pandemic?" Did I miss something? *irony off*

And btw. where did I surpress any opinions? Did I tell him he wrote nonsense? Or "excuses" or anything like this?

Definitely not visiting banana continent Australia, and those who say "no one is above the law", are you kidding me? are you that retarded? You telling me a billionaire in australia has the same rights as a poor person? Just because the elites want to show everyone how "bad" the plandemic is and how correct aus politicians are and are making an example with Novak? are you kidding me? Fuck this globalist puppet country and their slave rules. Australia is worse than China in terms of "freedom".

If anyone agrees with retarded politicians over a true man with integrity, it shows society is fucked and deserves what's coming to them.

Actually the judge did not say he is allowed to stay, but rather dismissed the extradition because the procedures wasn't followed correctly. This is quite different.

@svensbr Australia is an awesome country, with wonderful laws. See this video, where a man left his house to go nearby just to buy food, several police officers pin him down to the ground and even handcuff him, treating him like a terrorist. The man is totally calm, peaceful, obedient, unarmed. It is a video in open media : YouTube.
Any immatured self-entitled big boss who will now wrongly say that my comment is "political" in nature, no my comment is not political in nature. The video is a video in open media : YouTube and if it hurts anyone's butt, then complain to YouTube or go and cry and go complain to mama. No fake drama please, it does not work with everyone, not with this newbie, no way.
Disgusting, inhumane, retarded police officers. people better wake up fast

Look at this poor cunt now. Maybe Australia can imprison him in one of their concentration camps.. they are the North Korea 2.0 according to BHW, right? Hell maybe they can put shit-for-brains Novak in front of an anti-aircraft gun! You don't need a vaccine if you're just a cloud of mist! Understand?

Immigration Minister cancels Serbian tennis star Novak Djokovic visa ahead of 2022 Australian Open campaign

Also from tonight’s hearing, we learned Djokovic is not in immigration detention yet, but rather a “residential address”. He will be taken into detention after he is interviewed tomorrow morning at 8am.

To the fucking gulag with you ya cunt! Say, does New North Korea have forced labor? Maybe y'all can make 'ol Novak manufacture some N95 masks while he's being reeducated out in the bush.
