All my sites are set up in the format of mysite.com, I do not use WWW in front of my sites. I just noticed on this article directory service I use to get backlinks that I set it up wrong and it points to www.mysite .com Will this matter or will the backlinks still count the same?

As long as you 301 redirect the www version to the non-www version you should get all the link juice from the links

Google "remove www htaccess" and make a .htaccess file w/ that in it.

    I found this code:

    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.domain.com$ [NC]
    RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://domain.com/$1 [R=301,L]

I dont know how to read code but is it the right one to remove the www and make it so everything is just mysite.com?
