Nothing works including Ultrasurf. What do I do now??

Due to political turmoil, the government has disabled most sites. In fact the sites that work are google and gmail including Blackhatworld and a couple others. Otherwise nothing works. I tried most of the listed unblockers. Ultrasurf used to work. Now it doesn't. What is the possible solution ? I couldn't even check my affiliate accounts. In fact I have to wave good bye to Internet marketing if it continues like this.

Any clue what to do?
