Not sure what to do with High PA Tumblr Accounts. Any Advice?

Ive got a few tumblr accounts with around PA70 that I want to use but not sure how best too do so. Unrelevant URL's. Would be best to just use it as a tier 2 pointing to say a do follow local directory to boost my own money site or just straight to the money site when the tumblr is built out.
