Not sure how this works but...

I have a website where I use CJ to earn commission (as well as adsense) and I've implemented it about a week ago and have already gotten 175 hits, on a very well established/built whitehat site. My question is this, I've been hacked several times in the past and had to clean up a bunch of malicious code, is there a possibility that theres some code somewhere stealing my commissions because I haven't had any conversions yet. I hear a lot of talk about cookie stuffing and I'm not sure exactly how that works I just wanted to see if theres a possibility this has happened. Sure would be a kick in the pants if it did... I've been killing myself trying to monetize everything for over a year now and I'd be ticked if thats what it was. As they say...Live by the sword....

Maybe there is... just go over it line by line or redo the whole thing from scratch.... whichever is easier.
