Not show padlock in my website without refreshing

I posted a thread about ssl last week again few problem i discuss in bellow :

I have Fixed almost my all SSL problem but when i open a tab in browser of my website Firstly don't show padlock sign after refresh it shows padlock sign .

Why don't show padlock sign without refresh my website link?
 
It's hard to give you suggestions without looking at your site. Feel free to PM me your URL.
 
Very strange issue, as spoonfeeder said, without a URL it can be challenging to see the problem. What platform does the website run on?
 

1. Force HTTPS: Your webserver is not forcing the use of SSL.
You may want to add a redirect to ensure a secure connection is used.
2. Protocols: You currently have TLSv1 enabled.
This version of TLS is being phased out. This warning won't break your padlock, however if you run an eCommerce site, PCI requirements state that TLSv1 must be disabled by June 30, 2018.
