Hey guys, I have a month old niche site, which gets around 1,500 visitors a week and is overall ranking OK for some complex keywords. But there is one thing in particular that bothers the living $hit out of me.
I am ranking 130 and up for my absolute most main keyword that I have hundreds of times around the site, in the site title, in the domain name, in the meta description and in the title of the site itself.

site: and link: searches on G show something along the lines of 6,000.

So is this some sort of punishment from big G? Perhaps I have mentioned the keyword one too many times (maybe one hundred too many times) and am for that being punished? So far have done nothing explicitly black hat SEO, instead of mass ping and indexing (pingfarm and indexkings) maybe once or twice a day.

So please, BHW members, share your experience and ideas for solutions, because I have a feeling that I am losing a big chunk of traffic, that I might be getting if I have it right.

If you need my site to get more info, grab it from one of the threads posted under my username, "Not getting everything out of a niche" and "review needed for my niche site", as unfortunately I am not able to post links yet.
Or just replace the 3's with "e", and the 1's with "i" and run a G search. th3swtorgu1d3 net.

    Thanks in advance!
