If I end PM on BHW quickly, it displays error message and the message does not go through.

Do you mean when you leave a conversation? Are you choosing to accept future messages from them? Maybe a few screenshots could help.

Yeah, a couple of pictures would help.

Maybe you send too many of the same messages or something like that so BHW recognizes it as some kind of spam.
