Noob questions about managing multiple accounts

Hi, I am very new to twitter and there's some noob questions I like to ask about multiple accounts. Please give me your suggestions.
1. I am currently got 11 twitter accounts and I am intent to get more. I was told that I am supposed to use proxies when creating different account do I need it to run them as well?
2. I didn't use proxies to create those accounts but I did use vpn to switch my IP address is it enough?
3. Is it safe for me mass follow and unfollow on each of my accounts everyday?
4. Any suggestions as to avoid getting all my account banned?

1. Yes better to create and use the same proxy for acc creation and management.

2. Was enough for a hand full of accounts. IF you start doing mass following, is better to keep things straight.

3. Start by following a few tens of people per day and increase it. Unfollow after you have already followed people for two weeks.

4. Make them ACT HUMANLY. Don't abuse your proxies and don't do aggressive follwoing and unfollowing. Better to get 500 followers on an active acc. then 2000 on a banned account.

Try twiiterdub from rootjazz already he has a successful sales on tumblingjazz..its good tool to hold multiple accounts with great features whatever u need to hold a mini Twitter army...I am running 100s fo tumblrs.

You can safely create 4 account per IP. So if your running 4 accounts on the same IP its fine anymore and you will need dedicated proxies for each bulk of 4 accounts. Now when it comes to verifying per mobile number it's 1 per number. This can be quite problamatic as your pages grow.

I had one get to 10k and then I had a mobile verification the number was 12 months old so obviously i didn't have it and had to get in touch with them to unlock it. Ball ache. So keep hold of those numbers if you verify them.

New accounts, take things slow don't follow more than 100 per day and tweet, re share every so often make it look real. That's what your aiming for. Mass follow and unfollow will result in email verification and in worst case scenario a mobile verification.

I run around 20 account on my home ip and 5 other proxies. They range from 2k - 20k followers. Just be aware that accounts take a few months to grow. Don't expect them to grow over night unless you really invest your time into this and produce great content. It's just the same with instagram profiles the first 5k is the had part after that it's all organic most of the time.... as long as you keep up posting content you will be fine.
