So I received my first payment through PayPal. It's still in pending. I have sent the content to the client, and now how do I receive the money? It's showing a release date, November 12. Is that when the money could be withdrawn?

Is your account new? sounds like you got a hold that they do for new accounts.Theyll hold your money for a few days, then you can withdraw. It wont be forever, just until that account gets established.

Yes only after 12 nov you will be able to withdraw as your account will be new.
