Sorry, I know this question is really basic still I need to make sure.
If I give links in a spreadsheet to people willing to fill in e-mail offers for me when they going to open the link what refer will the CPA see?
    It should be blank, isn't?

lol 1st question should be a blank refer....2nd question would be based on your relationship with your am.....do you talk to them? did you tell them your doing offline marketing to cover your blank refer...? If you have no talking relationship start sending over ppc traffic. At least thats what I would do....

Thanks for the answer.... Now 1 follow up. If I have junk traffic like buy hits cheap... do I just send a little of that to the offer?

Junk traffic lowers the conversion rate, which can help keep you under the radar if your rate would otherwise be unreasonably high. You'd want to send them to your CPA links. It can't hurt unless the traffic is suspicious (bots, half second visits, etc.) and the offer sites track more than just number of visits + conversions.
