So I always wondered what link cloakers are. Besides the obvious meaning (that they hide your real link), what good do they do as when someone actually visits the cloaked link will reach the landing page and find out what the website is really about - I wondered. So after some research, I found out that link cloakers are basically used to fool the PPC networks and enable you to direct put the (cloaked) offer link into the PPC network and run ads directly on it. I recently tried putting a CPA offer's link into FB ads in trying to send traffic to it. But the FB ads wasn't accepting the link and I thought okay so FB is blocking the offer link and there is no way I can direct link the offers to FB ads. But now I think that link cloakers are exactly for this purpose, am I correct? They enable you to put the cloaked offer link on FB ads and FB ads accept it and then you can run ads directly on your CPA offer link. Am I correct? But won't you be in trouble when a human reviews your ad and goes to your cloaked link and lands on a CPA offer?
