Noob Q: What's the difference between...

    ...CPA redirecting, iFraming, double meta refresh, and cloaking?

    Is it better to blank the referrer or show a fake referrer?

    What approach are you using to hide your traffic?

    Answer of your questions is equal to a middle size book :) But letme try to answer mega shortly :)

    CPA redirecting : your traffic source is different but your CPA network see it is coming from your legit source.

    I framing (in CPA) : for example you make a site with an email submit place on it , but it is not like a CPA offer , even users dont know they are filling a CPA email submit offer when they write their emails , you are masking the actual CPA offer calling it under your webpage..i.e you say users here write your email to subscribe our newsletter.But underground you are sending their emails to CPA offer..

    double meta refresh : is a kind of refferer hide technic..

    cloaking : USer see some good URL in status bar of his browser when he hover his mouse over the link , but he goes somewhere other when he clicks.
