Noob off page seo question

I am new in seo so, let me know that can i make so many accounts for one social bookmarking site, article directory site, web 2.0 site etc or should i use different ip for different accounts for one site.

I already created many accounts one such sites with the same ip actually (but different email addresses of course) and never had a problem.
But if you can handle the hassle of switching ips and want to be 100% safe, then go ahead

And if you want another advice, stop thinking to much and start acting !
Even if you make mistakes, you'll learn from them much quicker than twisting your brain and do nothing.
