First of all I would like to thank everyone on this site for providing amazing content and inspiring me to get started. Except you Gerald, f*ck you Gerald. So I recently decided to get started on creating my own blog/content site that I wish to monetize with a combination of ads, clickbank, and possibly some affiliate sites in the future. But as I am 17 I am not eligible for Adsense or Amazon Affiliates so I'll have to make do for the time being. I was hoping to get some tips from people who have gone this route in terms of cheap hosting, marketing, and just building a brand around my website in general. Thanks so much!

Hosting and domains I use go daddy. If you get the ultimate hosting u can host multiple domains on it which will save u a ton of money. As for marketing you can get Seo services for really good prices in the Seo packages or link building sections of the BHW market place. That's what I do for all my niches.
