I'm a bit confused, I currently have a website that has about 10 sub domains
The pages are all less than a year old and my Google Page Rank is currently 0 on all the sites.
So the site value is low.

So today I'm looking at the Statistics page of Awstats on the cpanel of the main domain and noticed the following.

"Links from an external page (other web sites except search engines) - Full list"
There are 41 links listed as pointing to this site. On the sub domains I have even more links pointing to them.
One of the site has a ton of links ending in .ru which is Russia right?

    What are these links?
    Should I ping them?

Also of the 41 links 4 of them have my website name in the address.
    Heres an example:{MYWEBSITENAME}.com.html

Should I be worried about this?
I'm new to links and not sure what to do here.

    Thank you for your help.

I have similar statistics in my hostgator awstats for many of my domains, I think they are some kind of bots trying to scrape or access our sites in a way that awstats interpret them as traffic / link sources, I don't care about them and I have this issue for quite a long time. Don't ping them, you will waste your time.
