if you're non US citizen then how you open a Bank account? Are you talking Real bank account or virtual?

maybe you have to need go to USA and then open an account. and yes you have need to pay tax as like us citizen paid.

I think its not so easy open US bank account for non usa citizen.

tips: go to any payoneer partner website signup as a freelancer or anything then take Debit Card from them then get 3 times payment from them then apply for Virtual Bank Account and you will get it.
Then add it to your paypal and withdrawals your founds..
There are no tax for this way...........

    Enjoy

It's very easy for a foreigner to open an American bank account. Just go to BOA and open an account. Bring your passport and some cash to open the account. Done.

AFAIK the IRS taxes you only if you become a person of taxable interest if you over stay the 182 day rule, and even then there are forms you can fill to be exempt. Of course, if you decide to move thousands of dollars into a brand new account, regardless of the source, you'll probably get flagged anyways.

Only "taxpayers" are required to pay taxes. Don't become a "taxpayer" and you should be good...nonresident alien, transient foreigner, just don't contract with the corporation U.S.A.

If you keep doing business in the USA and showing an income with deposits into your US bank account then yes you are
subject to paying taxes on your earned income.

It depends on where you're doing the business at. If you do your business in the US, then you'll have to pay the taxes there.

If foreigner has a foreign paypal account and transfer money to US bank account, is there any tax liability? Let's say if stay less than 6 month/year and have no tax ID?

If you transfer the money before being considered a Lawful Permanent Resident, you will not have to pay tax on money going into a personal bank account so long as it is not US-sourced income. However, if the transfer is made after, you will be subject to the full IRS code.

However, I must warn you that if the money is sourced even in the most indirect way from the US, these people would like nothing more than to confiscate it.

yikes - so income is measured by the bank accounts you put money in? Is the tax man watching my bank accounts?? I bet there are... How easy is it to open an offshore Swiss bank account or some other tax haven in your local currency money instrument?
