Non SEO Youtube Question

I'm uploading some audio to Youtube and am wanting to have the text of the audio used as the video text.

Do you guys know of any easy way to do this or a software that will do it well? I've got Adobe Premiere Pro and know how to add in text but it seems like a lot of work to sync up the text on the video with the audio. Any suggestions?

1. Go for Manual Transcription by yourself or hire one.

Only the manual method works, online tools may vary in speech and text clarification. There are some paid software that may work or not, so hire someone to do it easily.

Thanks guys! I should have explained myself further. I'm not too worried about converting the audio to text. But more so on converting the text into video (as in a video transcript).

Is there anyway to do that easily?
