I noticed this thread down below:

    https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/925-silver-jewelry-directly-from-thailand-factory.917991/

There are other threads among these where I've seen members listing these kinds of products. Does the forum allow these kinds of products to be listed for sale without being a paid member?

The thread I referenced has been published since February 21st so I'm sure that if it wasn't allowed that it would've been taken down by now. I was just under the assumption that to sell "anything" on this forum that you had to be a Jr. VIP member.

If this is allowed, why not change the rule to help protect "buyers" from non-paid/verified members?

I would appreciate it if you could shed some light on this...

First of all, I would probably not buy gems from Thiland. Secondly, I'm pretty sure this thread must have slipped the mods minds. Thirdly, as a user paying for the marketplace, I don't think it should be allowed.

Those were my thoughts as well, "no" selling should be allowed without being a paid member as it makes it unfair for others (And this is a forum rule). However, I think that if this wasn't allowed that it would've been taken down by now by a Mod. I just wanted some clarification on the rules that's all.

I'm surprised that none of the Jr. VIP members that posted on that thread reported it. There's nearly 40 comments on the thread, I'm surprised that not a single person reported it.

I know they allow this on forum and honestly I think this is a scandal. It is basically like this. If you want to sell services you need to be JrViP and pay a fee to list your service ....BUT if you want to sell products no one gives a damn about you, you can do whatever you want.

Edit: Not sure if we can sell used panties...

I Agree with you guys, however when it comes to dropshippers/wholesalers then maybe some sort of compromise could be found. Id hate to see them disappear from here completely seeing as so many of the specialist websites charge to join. Of course we dont want scammers either. Maybe they could pay some sort of fee for getting verified. Not sure what the fees are for jr vip and marketplace atm tbh

I wonder if drop shipper's need to pay a fee to list the thread but don't need to be a Jr. VIP member. I'm sure @IKnowSEO isn't going to want to receive jewelry from Thailand to review the service... LOL

I've opened threads about this for years. They should shut down or moderate that section. Not one person has ever said they got the items from the OP.

Scandal might be pushing it. Personally I might have looked it all over completely since it's pretty much comedy. We will know if a mod responds I guess!

I suppose it's not technically selling as it's meant for hookups. " In keeping in line with what we are doing in the eBay section, this is a reminder that buyer solicitation is not allowed in this section. As a dropshipper, you are allowed to post your products but you cannot specifically ask for "eBay sellers", "sellers wanted", etc. This will result in an automatic ban moving forward. If you would like to engage in a joint venture, you must do so through the appropriate channels "

I think that section should be exactly handled like the BST section. Become Jr.VIP and pay your thread fee. That would be fair. The only downside is how to evaluate the quality of such threads.

Then you have the 'hire a freelancer' section. In comparison to the BST section, its just the other way around.

Someone asks 'I need a seo specialist' and then 126 newbies responding with 'dear sir add me at skype i can do that plz ok'
I think that's also a kind of offering your services.

BHW is Amazing and the mods are doing a good job, but those things should be changed.

So if I make my own twist on this. Example being I create a template to message members who want a website and give then questionnaire. from there I make them a custom website and proceed to copy it to a flash drive. Then using ups I mail them the flash drive (no digital download) can I advertise here for free?

I Call it No BS WEBSITE DROPSHIPPING!!! Affiliates Wanted!!!

PM ME FOR PRICING(I probably will not respond)

i never did get the want to buy section so i agree with rocket.
we as bhw members have to pay to sell via bhw
yet in the want to buy section anyone can say i want this/that
and non payed members can reply without being a vip and
    sell there?

I'm assuming that there's a difference between "offering" a service and replying to someone's thread who's "looking" for a service. While technically you're offering the OP your service, you're not necessarily promoting your service or advertising yourself on the forum.

Great to hear that. I came here to post a thread similar to this but then I saw this. My problem is with the product pushers that hijack most threads. For example, someone is asking 'my AdSense account is banned. What to do now?' Immediately, some junkie pops up from nowhere, selling his BS. 99% of them don't have Jr.VIP. Should I just report such comments?
