Recently one of my website domain ( . Com) was suspended by ICANN as I was selling copyright copy script. I am looking for some TLDS which is good for organic search and cannot be taken down by ICANN. Please advice.

Also I got email from [email protected] about the suspension. Is it ICANN?

Any domain name extension ends up with ICANN regulation.
You are struggling because of web hosting services abuses. So you have 2 options: change business model or find a provider which will be able to host your staff and can deal with abuses.
 
Hi, Forget .com... just forget it.. instead of it use .ru, .su, .cr, .is, .co, .cr, .cx, .sc, .ag, .li in last case .to
You can't have .com bulletproof or strong against that, just use instead .com, use .org much better than .com, but not better than ccTLD (Country domain I mention above)

You have many and good providers to that, they allow crypto payments and some of them are really offshore

Take a look in those Offshore Domains (if means they respect your privacy etc unless you do fraud)

My Hosting was bullet proof they ignored every complaints they got. Hence Icann directly suspended the domain itself.


I like to know the feedback on this.

I will create my main website on. Is or. Su or. Ru domain extention and keep the website noindexed.

While I take known domain extension such as.net or.org nd make it a WordPress site. I will post some good unique informative content too related to the tools or script mixing. Along with good content, I will create content about the script and show them where to download it showing the disclaimer and source to my first website. My 2nd website will be just Aggregator sort of.

Will my 2nd website domain also can confiscated?

Lazytiger, I'm running into a similar issue with ICANN. I also received an email from publicdomainregistry(.)com

Have you had any success finding a registrar that ignores complaints?
