hi. should i buy links from non english sites but with good metrics? does it works the same as links from english sites?

You have to backlink your English website with english website.

So you targeted visitors.

Or you use the language for it.
Because Google is not indexing per page per website

The quality of the link will depend on the quality of the site that is linking to your site.The language or location of the site doesn't matter.If it's a quality site,then you are good to go.
