Well im going to start selling a website service to american people. I will also be promoting my self-business trough phone calls/email and stuff. I wanted to know if it is ilegal in USA to me doing it. what do you think? The price of the service of 3 figures/month and a recurrent fee of 3 figures too.

You aren't really addressing anything, what are you doing? Where will the calls be coming from, where are you? Will the calls be out of the blue from out of country?

There are rules about when you can call. No, I don't know them, but I am sure the call centers you use will. If you are outside the US, don't see the problem but perhaps I am missing something.
