I have just received a email from nominet "[email protected]"

They are saying they cannot verify my info. This is correct because it is fake.

Is there anyway back for this domain or have i lost it now?

Not really the UK internet police. It's the registrar of .uk TLD.

I've registered some .UK domains for my German employer. Our domain registrar we're working with, state that .UK domains have a strict policy concerning correct whois data. So far i've never had a problem with outdated whois data.

Do have still control over that domain?

If it's a UK domain that you've just registered, just wait for the registration to be cancelled (which it will be), then re-register with an address that actually exists. That's all they check.

Your site and domain are two different things. Website is hosted on a server hard drive on physical drives, domain is the address used to locate and visit the site. As long as your hosting is active your website files will still be there. It just means no one can use the address to visit your site when it expires

I use real email and address but fake phone so no one can call me. It used to be a land line that I did own that didn't have a phone connected.
