Shipping cost per item to Germany will be around 22.5 USD using HK speed post.
A bit more with Fedex.

Yes we can.
Speed post to the US is 16.5 USD.Fedex 25 USD ( as for Canada as well ).
Speedpost to Canada is 22 USD .
