Ive just purchased an aged domain and plan on using Autoblogged to fill the site with content to make it look like an authority on a niche.

Since the content is duplicate, I dont want these pages to be indexed and only want a few pages of unique content to be indexed.

I know that you can create a robot.txt file to disallow the scraped pages, but since I am planning on scraping 100's of pages, it could take a while to enter all the URL's of the scraped pages.

Is there a backward and easier way to noindex the entire site and then allow the few pages of unique content to be seen by Google?

    Is it a Wordpress blog?

If so, download the "Platinum SEO" plugin. It has the ability to make all pages NoIndex by default, I believe. You can then just go to the ones you want indexed and change them manually.
