Recently I am working hard to get my Money Site and also my Tier 1 ranked in the Top 100. Or better to say I want to get them indexed in the google search.
When I search on google for site:mywebsite.com I see the results, means that it is indexed. But I also track my website on Serpbook and the Keywords doesn't show up, like they are not indexed.

Well, what I did so far:

    - Created manually High Pr Web 2.0 Tier 1 with unique articles (over 400words) and unique themes
-> created Pr3+ Tier 2 Web 2.0, Articles, Wiki, Social Bookmarks for these Tier 1s. (drip feeded)
After I saw no results for the Tier 1s for a few weeks I decided to blast three of the Tier 1 with spam links (like churn and burn). Just to see if the keywords will get indexed in the google search, but still no results.

For creating Tier 2 & Tier 3 I am using GSA Ser + Captcha Breaker. Sometimes I am using proxies, but sometimes I get better results when I don't use proxies...so its mixxed. (maybe it has something to do with that?)

One of the two money sites is 2 months old and the 2nd one is 1 month old (I am having this problem on them). I have 5 websites hosted on dreamhost (two of them are ranked well on google), domains are all from godaddy. I never got penalized.

I am sure if I can index/rank the Tier 1s in the Top 100/200 my money sites keywords will also get indexed/ranked.

So how can I get my Tier 1 indexed/ranked in the Top 100/x00 ?
My Tier 1 are still up, nothing deleted.

Normally it should work and I heard this method is still working for many people, but for me it doesn't seem to work anymore (I ranked my previous website with that strategy). What could cause it? Google banned my ip for the Tier 1 maybe? Should I empty cache, getting new IP and so on?

    Please help me.

How much competition does your keywords have? Sounds like you're going to need more than just web2.0s to get your site ranking high. Try getting backlinks from high PR/high authority sites (Sape/PBN) and see what happens from there.
