No visits i do not understand ?

Hi to all,

So i try to explain how i work and i get no visits ???

Make a page, transfer ftp to free hosting, make an rss link, ping with pingomatic.
I do it each time i make a new page, no visits nothing and when i use a redirection system i get in seconds visits so what's wrong ?

before i try blog messages but some have more than 2,000 messages
and give me nothing i think of a blogger tracking ip or something like that
(put messages in 300 blogs clean cookies and all in blogger same ip)

Normally RSS give very quick results i only work with them
text no pictures or videos
