Use a standing desk! As long as the floor is soft-ish (get a mat or something), it's awesome. No aches or pains and you can walk around and move for extra thinking power. No need to buy one, just stack books or boxes on your desk (an ironing board is great too). ;)

OP Even I was in the same problem. Today only I have changed the position of my desk. Thanks to all those who commented on different ideas ... One more question.. How do you manage all the files in your Desktop and laptop to work with out any issues ? Are you using services like Drop box, Google Drive or there is something that I am missing ??

This is my chair. Got it for 10k Rs(Thats around $150). Its an awesome chair with Lumbar support, neck rest, hand support and it allows me to sit for countless hours(But I do take breaks in between)

You can try finding similar chair in some furniture store nearby. You will surely find it

yes you can adjust the height, tilt it, adjust hand support, neck support, lumbar support. In short you can tweak it according to your comfort

If you're sitting 8-10 hours in front of your computer you don't need a new chair. What you need is a new life

What you need is a chair with a lot of cushion for the bum with the option of reclining without putting the strain on your lower back. The arm rest have to be adjustable also. I deal with this a good bit. It almost makes you feel like you are only as good as the tools you are using.
I also learned that a wireless keyboard and mouse may help you find that comfort position.

If you got some spare time go find a Old junker with decent seats; pull it out and rig one yourself.
