The past 3 months I have been lucky to get one good hour of sleep per day. I have my own offline businesses that I run, plus I've been doing taxes in the daytime with my friends tax company, and I've recently came back online to start back on my internet hustle. So heres how my day goes. 9am - 4pm I do taxes, and manage 2 of my offline businesses while also working on my online businesses. 4pm - 5pm wind down from my day. 5pm - 6pm I sleep. 6pm - 6:30pm get ready to work my tobacco shop 7pm - 9am I work the entire night shift at my tobacco shop, (my business partner works the day shift). I do manage to cat nap overnight at the shop, but its only for 2 or 3 minutes at a time. Anyways, this shit is literally killing me lol, but fuck it, money makes me forget about sleep :D

Not to mention I have 8 needy kids that need my attention when Im home lol :D

Bro, listen. Your health is way more valuable than money. What good is money if you feel like shit all the time? You gotta make time for YOU.

health bills would remind you soon, don't worry

If you do not have any special need for such rhythm - like paying some huge debts or paying a surgery for your kid or something like that - it's just plain stupid and you're doing yourself no good.

Go see doctor for some sleeping medication. Its not a substitute for good sleep, but it will help you develop a better sleep pattern that will be more beneficial for your health. All the best

Mentally you will not be able to sustain that output. Your mind will eventually give in causing hallucinations. Not to mention deterioration in the quality of your output.

If you are serious about limiting the amount of sleep you get look into polyphasic sleep ... Steve Pavlina and Matt Mullenweg (creator of WordPress) both successfully pulled it off.

not sleeping is like holding your breathe bro, you will only last so long... If I were you I'd take a solid week off, go disconnect from everything and everyone and get your rest pattern back on track.. also outsource any work that you can as well to free up valuable time

Well in about another month, tax season will be done, so that part will be out of the way, and we will be hiring employees to work the tobacco shop, so that will free my nights back up. Im just trying to last til then. Its hard, but when you have as many kids as I do, sometimes you have to sacrifice. Thanks for all of the comments though, and I do agree with all of you. I'll be back on track soon though :D

I don't know how you do it. The body needs at least 4 hours sleep per day. Though you could run indefinitely on 5 hours per night. Too bad you couldn't do the taxes at night while at the tobacco shop off a laptop and get some sleep in the morning.

hey man, making boatload of money is fine as long as your health doesn't suffer..
    they say: "Health is Wealth"

so I suggest you take atleast 5 hours of sound sleep or at max 7 hours of sleep, this will surely suffice your health needs

and as you said you're schedule is very tight making you short of time, so I suggest make a to-do list for every day or a daily planner and keep account of every minute you spend, may be planning this way can save you 1-2 hours which you can use for relaxation or recreation

"Planning" is your key to "more time" :)

work hard when you still can. get as much as you can. so many people in the world life healthy with only 4 hours sleep per days. What you need is a good seep everyday. when you start feel stress or something you should take more rest to recharge your body.

    wish you success man.
