we agreed to create a working software for pollcode.com we delivered the software in working condition after that the member is not replying on skype
not in email the software was agreed between us at 200$ he only paid us 100$ for rest 100$ even after sending him multiple messages he is not replying

communication proof is attached i m sorry as English is not my native language
but he deserve a ban for scamming

and i tell him i need it quickly because i need it in important thing this days , he said okay
after 2 days he come and tell me it finished but need to ask about something i tell him ok but finish it today and send it by email to use it and deliver to you the money , he don`t do that
and i tell him many time tell me when you be online to come to you
after that he be offline for 5 days and come after that and tell me (i was out due to a family function )
- in this days all my work i need to do it on pollcode not done and lose many money because i wait this man
after that he deliver the bot after 10 days

because i have many orders on it and all not done because his speak not trust tell me 1 day and deliver it after 10 days

Take the full conversation, copy it to text and remove any personal info (names, urls, phone #s, email addys etc) and post the full conversation in a code block. If any of the log is disputed, we can go to screenshots or even teamviewer of that section.

you never told me that you have pending orders and have to do them in 1 day you told me that its urgent and i told you eta of 1 day but it took me 4 days to bypass there security for pollcode voting how ever if you remember the original mutual agreement between us was 50% upfront and 50% after showing the working demo before deliver it (i do this with every client and its mentioned in our BST thread too) at march 8th i pinged you left a skype message that its ready with a working pollcode url too that i up-vote using the bot which is http://poll.pollcode.com/77858185_result?v after that you replied next day but i was not online we caught each other online next time was 14th i didnt sent the software to your email for 2 reasons biggest reson was that i have to explain you the voting system in non english polls where it should pass number according to voting options 2nd as per our agreement you didnt paid the rest funds but after chatting like 5 minutes i trusted you and sent the bot in skype then you said its not working with your proxies it took me sometime like 1 hour to workaround and i fixed it you asked to sent via email i tried but gmail was not allowed me to sent that bot bcoz of executable file march 16 we caught again each other on-line and i sent you the bot you said again its not working with your proxies fixed it instantly and sent you new working version even public proxies which i was using and since then you disappeared and never replied once till i opened shit-list thread

if you thought i missed the dead link why the hell you taken the bot you could have asked for refund and say me that this is over becoz i missed dead line it was you that keep telling me that please email me the bot and dont worry about your money go to skype and check the chat history bottom line is that i delivered it has minor problem i fixed it you said again it has problems i checked with public proxies its working you took the working bot copy and ran away now you are just replying here bcoz of this shit list thread i will wait for salt reply

scorpion20101, looking over the skype conversation, it was clear that you wanted the bot quickly and it was agreed upon that it would be delivered in 1 day (and there appears to be a timezone issue going on with both of you as well) - HOWEVER, you continued to ask for the bot to be fixed and delivered. You also kept saying to send it via email and 'not to worry about the money'. On multiple occasions the delay was on your end when Kevin.thechamp was online and ready for you to test the bot and you were not online/available. There were problems in that you were using private proxies that obviously weren't working with the bot and he was using public proxies that (he said) were working. He even sent you some proxies but after that you didn't report whether they were working or not - which I find strange being that you were online to receive the files. Why didn't you report whether they were working or not?

The way I see it, you received a working product - yes it was late, but that's because there were some technical issues which the seller (Kevin) was very quick to work out and some timing problems between the two of you. At no time did you say that the deal was off because of the delay - and you accepted the finished product saying that you would pay him.

So... pay him the remaining balance already and wrap this up.
