No one able to DM me on my Instagram account

Hi

I just noticed that my followers or any other persons on instgram are not able to dm me. As there is no option of message appears on my insta account.

I tried everything like I turned on message requests, my account birthday is also 18 plus, deleted and reinstalled the app, cleared the cache and data etc but still no one able to dm me.

Can anyone let me know how i can fix this issue?

If your account is private any other person can't message you before they follow and you accept them
but your followers should be able to do that
send me your insta so I can see
 
It must be some settings or you have set account to private.

Its private account but still when i follow someone and some follow me back, still they cant see message option

Ensure allow Message Requests is turned on. It allows people who aren't following you to send you a message request.
 
You have set account to private or some setting issue. try to reset your account and settings
 
Contact Instagram support. Sometimes Instagram has technical issues, so wait a bit to see if it resolves on its own.
