I just realize that all social bookmark build using scuttleplus that i submit cannot be view as public. i have to login to the social bookmark and now then the bookmarked links are visible. try to find maybe preference to make it public but no luck.
maybe scuttleplus community found out that lots of people abuse the script to get backlinks.
so having BMD with scuttleplus now would be a waste now. current beta version of bmd still doesnt support pligg sites.
