well, i have improvised, working with a team they get me 30-50% amazon discount that allows me to select high margin items for 2 step dropshipping, to warehouse and then to customers, not all shipments though, 60% of them 2 step and 40% direct to customers.

It is not you that can intergrate it, amazon needs to provide the api source code to ebay, and ebay engeineer will need to intergrate it. But amazon is not happy about provide an api source code to a competitor, so amazon tracking never shows up on the ebay tracking system correctly.
