no money in paypal

I was having around $31 in my paypal account (india) I have not added the pan details and today when i opend the account there is no money in there is this because i have not added my pan details. When i watched the transaction details it shows that a paypal check have been issued and it is under process . is there any thing i can do .

If they have issued you a check
then wait for it.
You will receive it in a week.

Is the check issued to you? Or has someone gotten into your account?

I have not added the pan card details . I think that might be the issue
