That's a preposterous statement. There are several good crypto exchanges that don't use KYC at all.

Weex, Bitunix, Cryptomus...they will ask soft KYC, less strict than you are used to.

With zero KYC you are just exposing yourself to shady platforms in shady jurisdictions, they can vanish overnight with your money, I'd avoid it
