No Forced Invites?

I've recently heard that FaceBook now applies a no forced invite policy in their TOS, meaning fan page admins cannot request that in order to access the content, a user must invite all his/her friends.

Could anyone confirm this for me? If so, blaghhahha.

They never liked it, not sure if its in there TOS now, but they deleted pages for it in the past anyway.

Interesting, but I also thought they deleted pages for use of CPA anyway, so are you simply killing it faster by making them do a bunch of crap? It would of course making go viral faster, so I guess unless anyone wants to give up data I'll have to split test.

I see a fair few pages rolling around using the "invite" format, with over 600k fans. Indeed, they're new (less then a week old), but if you can get a week's life on a page, that's a win enough for me.
